−71% per fixture: 52 W → 15 W
Rabobank is an international financial services provider committed to solving societal challenges. Its mission is “Growing a better world together”, and investing in LED lighting fits its commitment to a sustainable future.
Rabobank wanted to replace energy-intensive lighting with LEDs. Many old lights had failed, while the fixtures could be replaced one for one with minimal disruption to employees. Power fell from 52 to 15 watts per fixture across 240 replacements, including emergency lighting.
The lighting had to meet strict requirements: at least a five-year warranty, TÜV certification and CRI 80 or higher.
The connected load was reduced by 8 kilowatts, equivalent to the average annual energy use of six households.
The result is a calmer, flicker-free and evenly distributed lighting pattern, with the correct light level and a clear improvement at the desks.
