40 W panels at 4000 K · paid back in 14 months
Decokay Winschoten is passionate about home interiors and excellent customer advice. It specialises in paint, curtains, wallpaper, flooring, sun protection and insect screens.
It helps customers create an attractive home with a broad choice, extensive paint stock and its own colour-mixing department.
Accurate colour rendering is essential in an interior store, so Decokay selected 4000 K panels. Fixtures were replaced one for one during opening hours with minimal disruption.
The 40-watt SmiLED LED panels use half the power of the old 80-watt fixtures. Long opening hours produce a rapid payback, estimated at 14 months.
Decokay Winschoten now has more light, better colour rendering and substantial savings. Custom LED tubes fit the existing shelving and the shop has been converted completely to LED.
The improvement in the workshop, where glass is cut, is especially significant: work can once again be carried out safely under the correct lighting conditions.
